    -Call to Order
  2. ROLL CALL VOTE TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
    FOR TWO REASONS:
    1. To conduct contract negotiations with Executive Director Jennifer Hohn (nonunion personnel.
    2. To discuss strategy with respect to litigation. The Chair will state that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigation position of the public body. The Board has received a specific threat of litigation.
  3. ROLL CALL VOTE TO LEAVE EXECUTIVE SESSION
    -The board will return to open session to VOTE on the employment agreement
  4. ADJOURNMENT
