N. ADAMS HOUSING AUTHORITY ASHLAND PARK CORRIDOR CAMERAS.

North Adams Housing Authority solicits bids to replace 15 existing analog surveillance cameras at corridors at Ashland Park, a federal low-income housing development, located at 150 Ashland St. in N. Adams, MA. The proposed work consists of replacing 15 existing analog cameras with digital cameras, into existing surveillance camera system and software. Construction period = 60 days. Estimated cost of this project = $ 22,000. Bids shall be in sealed envelope, endorsed with the name and business address of the bidder and marked ASHLAND CORRIDOR CAMERAS. Bids will be received at N. Adams Housing Authority’s main office at 150 Ashland St in N. Adams, MA 01247 until 11:30 AM March 17, 2016, to be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c 149 § 44A-J and to Davis-Bacon wage rates as required by M.G.L. c 149 § 26 to 27H inclusive. The North Adams Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.

North Adams Housing Authority Greylock Waste Lines Phase 2

N. ADAMS HOUSING AUTHORITY GREYLOCK WASTE LINES_PHASE 2. Bids are solicited by the N. Adams Housing Authority to remove and replace sanitary waste lines at crawlspaces of 8 buildings at Greylock Valley, a federal low-income housing development located a 48 Angeli St. in N. Adams, MA. Bids shall be in sealed envelope, endorsed with the name and business address of the bidder and marked GREYLOCK WASTE LINES PHASE 2. Bids will be received at N. Adams Housing Authority's main office at 150 Ashland St in N. Adams, MA 01247 until 11:30 AM Tuesday, April 14, 2016, to be publicly opened and read aloud. Construction Period = 90 days. Estimated cost of this project is: $ 140,000. Site Visit is mandatory of all bidders. Site visits may be scheduled on one of the following dates: 3/23, 3/24, or 3/29/16. Bidders shall be DCAM certified. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security that is not less than 5% of the bid, made payable to the North Adams Housing Authority.
