The North Adams Housing Authority seeks a full-time employee to join our team as a receptionist. This individual will be responsible for front office duties such as answering phones, entering, and maintaining tenancy applications for public housing, and assisting Section 8 Manager as needed. Daily collection and sorting of mail, ordering office supplies, and any additional duties as assigned.
Must be able to work well with others, communicate effectively with vendors and residents, and be familiar with general computer software such as Microsoft Office. Salary will commensurate with experience and/or education.
