MAPC and the Housing Authority reserve the right to accept or reject any and all
quotes received as a result of this RFQ and to contract for some, all or none of the products and services as a result of this RFQ. MAPC and the Housing Authority further reserve the right to negotiate with any or all qualified Vendor(s) and to cancel in part or in its entirety this RFQ if it is in the best interest of MAPC and/or

subcontractors not named in their response without the prior written consent of the Partner, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
