NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF REQUEST FOR QUOTE
DATE OF CANCELLATION: AUGUST 17, 2021
The North Adams Housing Authority (NAHA) and Halo Homes, Inc. hereby provide notice of cancellation of the June 9, 2021 Request for Quotes (RFQ) pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B Section 9. The reason for the cancellation is that the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) anticipated to be implemented in September 2021, for which the RFQ was issued, has been delayed until 2022. The delay is due to destruction of rental units due to a fire at a NAHA property. The destroyed units must be reconstructed prior to implementation of the RAD. The reconstruction will not be completed until 2022.
NAHA and Halo Homes, Inc. anticipates issuing a new RFQ for Banking Services in the future prior to implementation for of the RAD. If you have any question, please contact Jennifer Hohn at the North Adams Housing Authority.
